Father, I thank You because I know You hear me. Let Your will be done.
Heavenly Father, I come before You with the words of Jesus upon my heart. Your Word declares in Matthew 9:37–38 (KJV), “The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.”
Father, You are the Lord of the harvest, and today I ask You to send forth labourers into Your harvest. Raise up men and women who have heard Your voice, surrendered their lives, and are willing to say, “Here am I; send me.”
Lord, send preachers, teachers, evangelists, pastors, missionaries, intercessors, chaplains, prophets, apostles, mentors, servants, and witnesses who are filled with the Holy Ghost and committed to Your Word. Send those who will go beyond the walls of the church into communities, schools, hospitals, prisons, workplaces, cities, villages, and nations.
Your Word declares in Isaiah 6:8 (KJV), “Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.”
Father, awaken that response again. Call them. Prepare them. Equip them. Anoint them. Position them. And send them.
Send labourers who are not seeking recognition but are seeking souls. Send those who will preach Jesus Christ, proclaim salvation, minister to the brokenhearted, strengthen the weak, disciple believers, reach the forgotten, and carry the Gospel wherever You send them.
Lord, remove fear, excuses, distractions, complacency, and hesitation from those whom You have called. Give them courage to leave comfortable places and enter the fields You have assigned to them.
Your Word declares in Luke 10:2 (KJV), “The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest.”
Therefore, Father, send them forth! Send labourers into our churches. Send labourers into our communities. Send labourers to our children and youth. Send labourers to families. Send labourers to the hurting and forgotten. Send labourers across cultures, territories, and nations. Send labourers wherever souls are waiting to hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
And Father, while I am asking You to send others, search my heart also. If there is a field You have assigned to me, give me the courage to go. If there is someone You have appointed me to reach, help me recognize them. If there is an assignment waiting for my obedience, let my answer be, “Here am I; send me.”
Let there be a fresh awakening for evangelism and soul-winning throughout the Body of Christ. Let churches become sending places. Let believers become witnesses. Let intercessors pray until territories are transformed. Let the Gospel be preached with power, truth, love, and demonstration of the Holy Ghost.
Father, the harvest belongs to You. The souls belong to You. The workers belong to You. The assignment belongs to You.
So, Lord of the harvest, send forth the labourers! Send those who will plant. Send those who will water. Send those who will reap. And according to 1 Corinthians 3:7 (KJV), You alone will “give the increase.”
May souls be saved, lives transformed, families restored, disciples made, churches strengthened, communities impacted, and nations reached for the Kingdom of God.
Lord of the harvest, send forth Your labourers into Your harvest, and let Your perfect will be done.
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen. Amen. And Amen.
