Topic: Healing from Weariness

Matthew 11:28
“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”

Devotional

Weariness accumulates quietly.

Responsibilities, emotional strain, caregiving, leadership demands, and prolonged stress can exhaust the soul. Jesus invites the weary to come to Him, not after they regain strength, but in their exhaustion.

Rest in Christ is restorative, not merely restorative physically but spiritually.

Rest restores clarity.
Rest restores strength.
Rest restores perspective.

Jesus offers rest for the soul.

Prayer

Father, I thank You because I know You hear me. Let Your will be done.

Lord, I come to You weary and burdened. Give me rest for my soul. Restore my strength and renew my peace.

Teach me to release what I cannot carry and trust You with what concerns me.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Declaration

Christ gives me rest. My soul is refreshed, my strength is renewed, and my spirit is restored.
