Isaiah 61:7
“…for your shame ye shall have double; and for confusion they shall rejoice in their portion…”

Devotional

Shame attempts to rewrite identity.

Failure, rejection, and painful experiences can cause individuals to internalize shame, viewing themselves through the lens of their worst moments.

Yet God restores dignity.

Shame diminishes identity.
Grace restores worth.
Restoration renews dignity.

God does not define you by your failures; He defines you by His redemption.

Dignity is restored when identity aligns with God’s truth.

Prayer

Father, I thank You because I know You hear me. Let Your will be done.

Lord, restore my dignity and silence shame. Help me see myself through the truth of Your redemption.

Replace confusion with clarity and restore confidence within me.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Declaration

God restores my dignity. Shame is removed, and my identity is anchored in His redemption.
